Shannon and James were phenomenal. As a couple, they are such a dynamic duo of a team to make the event run smoothly. Having our wedding at the Barn Event Space, saved us so much from decor and florals. The different spaces are beautifully designed for pictures; the bridal suite, the reception, the ceremony, etc. While we couldn't have our ceremony outdoors, we appreciate how Shannon and James pivoted and even tried to make it happen, if we wanted to. They were communicative with us months leading up to the wedding day and was available to us via text message to connect or for questions. Shannon and James helped problem solve many issues we had and pivoted effectively. I cannot ask for a better venue and hosting team. Thank you Shannon & James <3 - We will definitely visit in the future, your space is absolutely beautiful!
My review is long overdue…but I can assure you that our daughter’s wedding in July was perfect and that I think about it almost daily. Every single thing about the venue was outstanding!! The location just keeps on giving. The barn is gorgeous, dressed up perfectly with their decor, and opportunity to bring in our own to complement all that they offer. The bridal suite is incredible… beautiful decor, amazing photo opportunities and wonderfully functional for all of the happenings of the day. The grooms cabin is quaint and fit the bill perfectly for the men. The grounds are outstanding and when you think you’ve seen it all, it just keeps getting better… amazing places simply perfect for photos, eye candy at every turn. The ceremony area is gorgeous and we had the most fantastic weather. Now, about James and Shannon. These two are the most professional, helpful, organized and ready for anything pair. If you need it, they had already anticipated it. It actually all starts at the planning phase with the bride and groom. And their follow thru at the rehearsal and wedding day was nothing short of brilliant. They lend their confidence, energy organization and humour to everything & to every step of the way. We had the most magical day and as we walked our daughter down the aisle, every moment was focused on her and her dream come true. She married her best friend and we celebrated them into the wee hours. I can’t imagine a more perfect day!! The Barn Event Space delivered on all fronts and Shannon & James were indispensable throughout every step.

As a wedding officiant I have had the opportunity to Officiate several weddings at the Barn Event Space. I have enjoyed every step along the way. The venue is stunning from the front entrance to the outdoor venue. The coordinators are amazing to work with, communicating every step along the way. I highly recommend this venue to any couple looking to have a country wedding with complete support along every step.
My husband Jadan and I had our perfect wedding day here at the Barn this past Thanksgiving Sunday. It is truly difficult to put into words how beautiful and meaningful my entire engagement/wedding experience was. The memories I now have to cherish forever are significantly due to Shannon-Marie and James. From the first tour of the venue to the last hour of my wedding night, these two made both Jadan and I feel like we were the only wedding happening this year! Shannon-Marie is an extremely detail oriented, organized, thoughtful and accommodating wedding planner. She was reachable and flexible throughout the entire planning process, and coordinated everything with her husband James the day of. While we chose to bring our own table decor (which they set up and took down for me), the venue does come fully and beautifully decorated which is a huge money/time saver. With consideration toward many other wedding venues you may come across, the service provided here is absolutely incomparable. Not to mention all included within the very reasonable cost for the venue. The wedding industry is harsh, and there are certainly many vendors much more focused on making money than making sure your wedding day is everything you want it to be! So for any couple looking for a venue that will ensure a smooth, stress-free and unforgettable wedding day, you will not find it anywhere other than right here!! My wife and I were fortunate enough to book this space for the most important day of our lives together. The day was perfect. Everything went as we planned and we had imagined in our dreams. The endless compliments from our guests about the incredible venue. The variety of different setting available for pictures was perfect. From sunflower fields, hay fields, apple orchard, raspberry bushes, to forest made for fantastic pictures. A special thanks to our incredible wedding coordinators that took the stress out of the day and let us relax and enjoy. They made the event seem smooth and flawless. We will never know if there were any issues on the day because they just took care of everything. We can’t Thank you enough. Your passion and dedication clearly show that you are in the right industry.
